For each purchased Printhead, a **PRINTHEAD CORE EXCHANGE CREDIT OF $40.00 is available to the Customer when a similar defective printhead is returned to ODS. The returned non-working Printhead must be complete to receive the Credit. Prior to shipping failed Printhead, please request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to properly track its return.
